This patient was unhappy with the asymmetry between her breasts and came to see Dr. Leveque about a possible breast implant exchange. She originally had 325cc saline implants placed and was pleased with the size of her breasts but also desired an implant with a more natural look and feel. Dr. Leveque removed the saline implants and replaced them with 330cc Allergan Inspira silicone gel implants in a moderate profile to fit the patientās frame and give her a natural look. She also underwent correction of inverted nipples. The patient now has symmetry between the breasts. Both she and Dr. Leveque are very pleased with the final result.
