This patient came to see Dr. Leveque after having a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. The patient also underwent radiation therapy for treatment of breast cancer; therefore, the latissimus dorsi flap procedure was appropriate for her breast reconstruction. Dr. Leveque placed 339cc silicone gel implants at the same time as the lattisimus flap. She later underwent fat transfer from her abdomen to her breasts to help create fullness in both breasts. She also chose to have nipple tattooing done for a more natural breast look.
