This patient had a previous mastectomy done on the right breast and then underwent a left breast mastectomy followed by immediate reconstruction by Dr. Leveque. Dr. Leveque placed tissue expanders in both breasts. These tissue expanders were then gradually filled over time until the patient was happy with her breast size. The tissue expanders were then removed and replaced by silicone gel breast implants. Different implant sizes were used to create symmetry between the breasts: a 700cc implant in the right breast and 750cc implant in the left breast. The patient was very pleased with her final result from her breast reconstruction surgeries.
