The following patient underwent breast reconstruction with Dr. Leveque. Immediately following her bilateral mastectomy, Dr. Leveque performed a right latissimus dorsi flap procedure placing a silicone gel implant, and left breast tissue expander placement. The tissue expander was filled slowly over the course of a 6-week period. At a later date, the tissue expander was removed and replaced with a 700cc high profile silicone implant. The right implant was also replaced at this time with a larger 550cc high profile implant. The patient underwent fat transfer at her final procedure to add additional fullness to the breasts. The patient chose to have nipple tattooing done to create a more natural looking breast.
