Patient lost 145 lbs after Gastric Bypass. She was unhappy with the amount of loose skin she had after the weight loss. She also wanted to improve her abdominal muscles which had been stretched out due to multiple pregnancies. This patient underwent a tummy tuck with Gulf Coast Plastic Surgeon Dr. Peter Butler. She now has a tight flat abdomnen and is very happy with the results. She had a medial thigh lift at the same time.
