This patient underwent Ultherapy of the upper and lower neck. Two levels of treatment were included – the deep muscle and SMAS layer and subcutaneous tissue layer. The patients results show tightening of the upper and lower neck. Because this patient would have also been a good candidate for a surgical neck lift, the results from her Ultherapy treatment are minimal. She would benefit from a second Ultherapy treatment 6 months after her first treatment date.
