Summer Savings Details:

• Patient must schedule and pay for a consult.

• Patient must be approved for and have surgery scheduled starting July 1 and on or before September 11.

• Patient must spend $5,000 or more to qualify.

• Self-pay patients (cash or credit card) may receive 10% off the surgeon’s fees of $5,000 or more, up to $1,000.

• Patient's who finance their procedure will receive 3% off of the surgeon’s fees of $5,000 or more, up to $1,000.

Savings do not extend to dates outside of July 1-September 11. This special is only available to new consults and procedures only. Once available timeslots are filled, the incentive will end and standard pricing will resume.
