This patient underwent a Bilateral Breast Implant Echange and Intermediate Mastopexy with Pensacola Plastic Surgeon Dr. Peter Butler. The patient wanted slightly smaller perkier breasts. She and Dr. Butler decided to go from the style 68-270cc implants filled to 300cc of saline to the style 15-265cc silicone implants. Dr. Butler tightened up the left breast implant pocket to allow for a better position for the new implant. She is very happy with her results.
